Langdon’s international exchange programme gives our young people the opportunity to experience living and working overseas to broaden their horizons and develop their skills and knowledge.

Over the years, we have developed links with similar organisations to our own in Israel, the US and Canada and the programme has proved extremely successful. 

We have seen programme participants grow in confidence and become more independent because of their experiences, while the strong relationships we have built with our partner organisations have led to us sharing best practice and working collaboratively on common issues.
