Housing

Here at Langdon we give young adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities the opportunity to live independently in their own home, either sharing with friends or living alone close to other members of the Langdon community.

Our well-maintained properties, all of which are in North Manchester or North London, range from one-bedroom flats to five-bedroom houses. From mezzuzahs on the doorposts to kosher kitchens, whichever type of accommodation our clients choose, all are designed to support a Jewish home life.

Langdon buys properties using a combination of mortgages, donations and parental contributions. Out of fairness, we ask parents and family to contribute to the best of their ability before raising funds from the wider community.
